Shipping
Orders are dispatched in 1–2 working days and delivered in 3–7 days across India. Shipping is free above ₹1,999 and ₹99 below that. Custom-stitched pieces ship once the trial is approved. You get a tracking link on WhatsApp the moment the parcel leaves.
Returns & exchanges
Ready dresses and accessories can be returned or exchanged within 7 days if unused, unwashed and with tags. Fabric cut to your length cannot be returned, but any piece with a weaving or printing flaw is replaced or refunded in full. Custom-size and custom-stitched pieces are final; we fix fit issues free within 7 days of delivery.
Rental terms
A rental covers 3 days: collect or receive it the day before, wear it, return it the day after. Dry-cleaning is included. A refundable security deposit (shown on each piece) is taken at booking and returned within 3 working days of a clean return. Stains that don’t clean, tears or missing parts are charged from the deposit at cost. Bookings are confirmed on WhatsApp with 30% advance; cancellations 7 or more days before the date are refunded in full.
Payments
We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and PhonePe. Prices include GST. A tax invoice is sent with every order.
Privacy
We keep your name, address, phone and measurements only to fulfil your orders and remember your fit next time. We never sell or share them. Your bag and wishlist are stored in your own browser. Ask us to delete your details at any time and we will.
